  I strongly encourage you not to use this company for your upcoming Bald Head Island vacation. I worked with them from June until today trying to secure a rental for a group of friends and they were slow to respond, unhelpful and overall, unpleasant and appeared to be bothered by my follow-up to give them money for a rental. I had Tiffany, the owner, hold a property for me (in July) while she waited on owner dates and then she rented it to another group and told me that I was mistaken and I had never asked to reserve it. I shared screenshots of our conversation to remind her. Mind you, I was the one following up each month to ask for a status update. She never once reached out to me to let me know she had received owner dates.
  
  I also held two other properties through her for particular dates and after I said, "yes, I would like to rent," she let me know that unfortunately that house was unavailable because the owners wanted that date. There has never been an apology or any effort to assist me in finding a home to rent after numerous back and forth emails. It's bad business and if you want to enjoy your vacation I implore you to use Bald Head Island Limited Properties. They were super helpful and helped me secure a rental in about 30 minutes.
